Salman Tabani is the founder and managing director of Tabani Reality, a firm specializing in the selling of hospitality assets nationwide. Skilled in five languages, he effectively interacts with a diverse range of clients. Salman's main goal is to create customized business solutions that save money and increase profits for his clients. He founded Tabani Realty in 1999 and has since gained more than 24 years of experience in facilitating deals involving hospitality, retail, and multi-family properties. His contributions have led to transactions totaling over $600 million in Texas. His main expertise lies in buying and selling hotels (full-service, limited service and economy hotels), motels, gas stations, retail centers, multi-unit residences, and various investment properties. Throughout his career, Salman has nurtured strong and lasting relationships with clients, emphasizing his dedication, professionalism, and ethical approach as a broker who genuinely cares about his clients' success. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Tahmmy's first commercial real estate exposure came as an assistant in the Financial Services Division at the Staubach Company in Dallas, TX, in the 90’s. Wanderlust eventually caught up with her, and after a year living and working abroad, she returned to the States and began a career in Advertising, working with multiple agencies in the Omnicom Media Group.
Over the years Tahmmy became invested in residential real estate, and managed assets in her family's personal portfolio. After successfully getting two sons launched into secondary education, she turned her focus back to CRE, obtaining her real estate salesperson license in 2020. She also holds a Property & Casualty Insurance license. Her diverse background brings a varied skill set and she enjoys enhancing and evolving protocols, operations, and fostering client and vendor relationships.
A love of travel, her boys, and her dog, keep Tahmmy active. She enjoys volunteering and participating in community events and participates in Race for the Cure, Habitat for Humanity and local animal services fundraisers.
